Measures We Are Taking to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 While Remaining Open to Serve You

Coventry Motors wants you to know that our shop remains open during this difficult time to serve you. Auto repair is essential, especially because so many of us are relying on our vehicles at this time to get to the store or get to work for those working in essential industries. We have been closely monitoring any updates from the CDC and have adjusted our services and processes to meet the standards in place to keep everyone safe. 

We truly care about the health of our employees and our customers, so at this time we do ask that all customers refrain from entering our building unless necessary. We want to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and understand that not every carrier has immediate symptoms. In order to make your experience convenient and safe, we have adopted new measures including the following:

  • When dropping off your vehicle for service, we ask that you use the key drop off box in the bay door. Upon receiving your keys, we will wipe all keys down with disinfecting wipes (as a precaution). While our staff works on your vehicle, they will be wearing safety gloves the entire time. Once the work is done on your vehicle, we will disinfect any high touch areas, such as the steering wheel, gear shift, review mirror, and door handles.
  • Before giving you your key back, we will disinfect your keys again. We will be in contact with you via phone and email so that you know exactly what is going on with the service to your vehicle and can approve any work that is done - no need to wait at the shop. We can also take payment over the phone to make our service completely contactless.
  • We will be cleaning and sanitizing our work areas multiple times throughout the day and have asked that if any of our staff members feel ill in any manner or have a family member at home that may be ill, that they refrain from coming into the shop. We also ask that you reschedule any upcoming appointments if you are currently sick.
